General Description

Project Tracker is a platform for managing projects, tasks, and activities related to working hours and staff services. This system is designed to enable simple and efficient management of projects and work resources, offering the ability to manage working hours, assign tasks, and handle requests for leave and shifts. Users can check in to record their hours and submit shift and leave requests, which are then reviewed and either approved or rejected by the admin.

The system allows admins to create tasks and assign them to individuals, user groups, or subcontractors, facilitating clear and efficient task management. Admins also have the capability to create new users, delete them when necessary, as well as create and manage subcontractors. They can establish different work groups and assign projects to specific users or groups, ensuring optimal organization of resources and tasks.

Additionally, the system enables monitoring of project progress and working hours through detailed reports provided for managers. This makes Project Tracker a powerful tool for managing projects for well-organized teams of varying sizes, whether small or large.

User Module

System users have the ability to register and monitor their working hours, view and complete assigned tasks, and request leave or shift changes, granting them full control over their daily activities.

Check-In and Check-Out
  • Users can check in at the start of their day and log their check-out time to create a complete record of their working hours.
  • The system automatically saves data for each user, providing accurate information on hours worked.
Task and Progress Monitoring
  • Users can view the list of assigned tasks and track the status of each task.
  • They can complete tasks and mark them as finished in the system.
Leave Requests
  • Users can submit leave requests (such as for annual leave, sick leave, or other types of leave).
  • Requests are reviewed by the admin and can be approved or rejected.
  • This enables centralized management of requests and the ability to track the leave history of users.
Shift Requests
  • Users can request changes to their work schedules through shift requests.
  • The admin can approve or reject these requests, allowing for flexibility in organizing work schedules.

Admin Module

Admins have the ability to create and manage users, projects, and tasks; manage subcontractors; and assign tasks to them. They can also review leave and shift requests and generate reports on hours worked and project progress.

User Management
  • Admins can create new users and assign different roles and privileges to each user (e.g., user, admin, manager, etc.).
  • They can manage access to different systems and make changes to user data.
Task Management
  • Admins can create new tasks and assign them to users or subcontractors.
  • They can set deadlines, priorities, and the status of each task, ensuring work is completed on time and efficiently.
Subcontractor Management
  • Admins can create and manage subcontractors by registering them in the system and enabling them to receive and complete tasks.
  • They can assign subcontractors to various projects and monitor their progress.
Project Creation and User Assignment
  • Admins can create new projects and assign tasks to users and subcontractors.
  • Users can be grouped and assigned to work on specific projects. Admins can also assign projects to users and monitor the progress of each project.
Group Management
  • Admins can create work groups and divide users into different groups to work on specific projects.
  • Each group can have a designated leader, and admins can assign specific tasks to each group to ensure more organized work management.
Leave and Shift Requests
  • Admins can review, approve, or reject leave and shift change requests for users and subcontractors.
  • This allows for centralized and organized management of staff requests.
Work Hours and Performance Reports
  • Admins can generate reports on hours worked by each user and on project progress.
  • Reports can display detailed information about completed tasks, total hours worked, and project statuses.
